Experiencia envolvente entre el spa , el ****** y el sky bar. Qué decir la habitación con vista al río. Expectacular muy cómoda, amplia, lujosa. Solicitamos comida a la habitación y estaba deliciosa, los precios de las cosas adicionales están dentro de rango no se escapan mucho y eso se agradece. Volvería en mi próximo viaje a Valdivia de todas maneras.

Me parece muy mal que siendo pasajero del hotel, no tengas un aparcamiento reservado, y tengas que competir por el estacionamiento con el público general que asiste al ******. Por otro lado, mala experiencia que te entreguen la habitación con el baño malo, y con las cortiinas de baño que no se puedan cerrar adecuadamente. A pesar del valor de la habitación, no hay batas ni pantuflas de cortesía. Lo positivo es que el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y las vistas son maravillosas

this hotel is an absolute gem. It is conveniently located in front of the Río Calle Calle. Everything is pristine and very well upkept. The location is excellent located nearby most of the best rated restaurants as well as the main road leading to the Fort, the breweries and many of the important touristic attractions. The room is spacious and has all of the necessary amenities . For your stay, you get one free entrance to the ****** which I would highly recommend doing. It’s a lot of fun and you usually have great live shows every night. There is a bar called the sky bar ride on the rooftop where you also have the breakfast every morning that overlooks the river and it’s absolutely amazing . I have stayed in this hotel every time I have visited Valdivia and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend it.

Buena atención desde la llegada, la habitación muy linda y con una vista espectacular al río, la cama maravillosa, grande y super comoda, la Tv ok. Baño grande con tina y la ducha exquisita como darse un masaje. Desayuno buffet, todo muy rico, comiendo rico mirando el rio. Como al momento de reservar avise que era por cumpleaños agradezco la botella de espumante.

La bañera tenía pelos, el personal fue poco amable y los anfitriones para el desayuno no son suficientes para la cantidad de personas que reciben, las mesas estaban llenas, debimos esperar cerca de veinte minutos para poder desayunar y que limpien dónde nos ubicaron.

Excelente Hotel, de lo mejorcito en el país, nada que decir, todo excelente, se agradece que hayan repuesto la piscina. Todo como siempre muy limpio, el room service rápido, desayuno variado y todo lo esencial para disfrutar la estadía en una ciudad tan linda como Valdivia.

Cordialidad en personal, habitación cómoda limpia con fallas en manutención en baño ( cielo ducha despintado y persiana muro vidriado que no permitía total privacidad). Dificultad para encontrar mesa para el desayuno y falta priorizar a huéspedes para acceder a sus restaurantes. Todo lo demás muy bien.
